1- Orders 

Orders can take up to 1 or 2 working days since the payment is confirmed for them to be delivered. Orders confirmed by 4 PM (Spanish mainland time) will be out for delivery that very same day.

Spain mainland shipments: 

24/48 hours Service = Shipping cost: 5,95€ up to 49,99€ orders. Free shipping over 50€. Should the order be paid COD an extra 3, 5€ will be charged by the courier. In order for the items to be delivered on the next working or day after the order will have to be confirmed by 4 PM (Spanish mainland time).

24 hours express service=  This option must be consulted with our customer service

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and  the Balearic and Canary Islands:

Canary Islands Standard service = Shipping costs are calculated based on the purchase volume. For further information, you should contact our customer service.

Portugal mainland shipments

3/4 working days service = Shipping cost: 10 euros up to 99,99€ orders. Free shipping over 100€. Terms only for the peninsula. Should the order be paid COD an extra 3,5€ will be charged by the courier. 

2– Refunds & Returns Policy

All Eutópica customers may request the return of any product without providing any justification within 14 days from the reception date.

You only need to comply with the 14 days period communication rule in order for the item return to take place.

Once the item returned the contract will be cancelled and the money refunded. The refund will be credited via the same payment method it was previously paid. Should the items will be returned incomplete, damaged, used or dirty may only refund a part of the whole amount paid.

No return policy will be applicable for tailor-made products on long distance sales. Products such as the ones no listed in our catalogue or also those tailor-made according to the client´s indications. will only refund shipping costs (if previously paid by the customer) when delivering wrong or defective products. Should this not be the case the shipment cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please contact us first before returning any item.


- Manual and electric confetti cannons that do not correspond to "Multicolor, multicolor brightness, silver, white-silver and gold", only the amount corresponding to an empty cannon will be returned as they are considered as special models.
