1- Shipping
Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving the corresponding payment for the order in question. For it to appear in the deal for the day, the order must be placed before 4:00 p.m.
Spain Peninsule and Balearic shipments:
24/48 hours service = Shipping costs are € 4.95 to € 49.99 purchase. From € 50 the shipping is free. If you want cash on delivery, an extra charge of € 5 will be applied as a commission from the delivery agency. The order will arrive the next business day or the next. For it to appear in the day's distribution, it must be done before 2:00 p.m. The Balearic Islands service is 48/72 hours.

Canary Islands Ceuta and Melilla:

2– Returns and Refunds Policy
All customers who have made a purchase on Eutopica.com have 14 calendar days without the need to justify returning the product / s. The period begins when the carrier delivers the merchandise to the customer.

To comply with the product return, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding term expires.
In case of return of the product or products, the contract will be canceled and the money will be refunded once we have received the returned product. The amount of the returned product will be reimbursed by the same way in which the payment was made. In the event that the returned products arrive incomplete, damaged, used or dirty, Eutopica.com reserves the right to refund only part of the amount paid.
Purchase returns are not applicable in the case of distance sales contracts for the delivery of items supplied especially for the customer, according to customer specifications or to measure. For example, orders that Eutópica must expressly make to meet customer needs, products technically adapted to customer specifications, or products outside the Eutopica.com catalog.
Eutopica.com assumes the costs of return and delivery (in the case that it has been paid for it) only in case of erroneous shipping or defective product. In the case of return for reasons beyond faulty or incorrect product and if the customer has opted for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted in the amount to be refunded. - Regarding manual and electric confetti cannons that do not correspond to "Multicolor, multicolour, silver, white-silver and gold", only the amount corresponding to an empty cannon will be returned as they are considered special models.
